حل مشكلة خطا عند بدء الاباتشي unknown(): ubable to load dynamic library pgp\extensions\php

عند بدء تشغيل برنامج الاباتشي قد يظهر الخطأ التالى

unknown(): ubable to load dynamic library pgpextensionsphp_iconv.dll

سبب هذا الخطأ الذي حيرني اكثر من ست اشهر هو عدم وجود ملف

iconv.dll

فى مجلد

c:windowssystem32iconv.dll

ولحل هذه المشكلة حمل الملف مباشرة من الرابط التالي وضعه فى مجلد

system32
